John Strange's side has won 15 games on the trot, dating back to last year and they are eager to take another step towards the minor premiership on their home turf.
Centre Isabelle Kelly will miss the match after copping elbow to the face in last week's win over North Queensland.
The Raiders have won three in a row, but Friday's match provides a new test for Darrin Borthwick's side.
Canberra claimed a thrilling golden-point win over the Wests Tigers in Round 9 to join a mid-table log jam in the race for a finals berth.
They remain three points behind the six-placed Titans and need to upset the Roosters to keep their finals hopes alive.

Mia Wood moves from the interchange to the wing, while Corban Baxter has been named in the reserves as she pushes to return from an ankle injury. The vacant spot on the bench has been filled by Shawden Burton.
